PACKAGING |
Please ensure that the handset is well wrapped and packaged. Please do not send the phone in its original box. If the fault is a power/charging fault then please also send in the battery and charger. We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit. |

SIM/MEMORY CARDS |
It is imperative that the sim/memory card is removed and kept safe. It must not be returned with the phone and we cannot accept any responsibility for cards, credit on pre-pay cards, or call charges on contract phones. If we do receive a sim/memory card it will be disposed of on site for security reasons. Please remember to treat your sim as you would a bank or credit card.

DATA/WAP SETTINGS/RING TONES and LOGOS |
Please be aware that part of the test procedure may include upgrading the software on your phone. If the memory is cleared and reset as part of the repair process, Cell-Tech cannot be held responsible for any numbers or data lost. |

INFORMATION |
Please download and print the Phone Repair Form provided above. Complete the areas required, i.e. those not for 'Internal Use'. The Phone Repair Form must be signed and included with the shipped package, if the form is not included, this will delay the repair process. |

POSTAGE |
Please send your phone using the U.S. Postal Service, Fed Ex, UPS or DHL.
We suggest nothing is written on the outer packaging that would indicate the contents for extra security.
Please do not send cash or credit card information in the package.
Repaired/non-repairable phones will be returned via UPS Ground (unless a request for alternative shipping is requested). |

WARRANTY |
If the unit is in warranty the technician will repair or replace the phone depending on the manufacturer's procedure. Physical or liquid damage is not covered by manufacturer's warranty. |

PROOF OF PURCHASE |
A copy of the proof of purchase must accompany the phone to validate the warranty. Failure to do so may delay the turnaround time of your repair. |
